THE ACU’RZR: This is the tool system so many are talking about! The tools that give target accuracy to inexpensive 22 rimfire ammo with the Cup Nose shape.

With the NastiNose shape it’s the tool that produces a hunting hollow point that actually works in the first half inch of penetration for deadly small game hunting...with Sub-velocity to high and hyper velocity ammo . And with great accuracy.

With the Scorp’n Nose shape it’s the tool that gives 22 Rimfire ammo deep penetration and deadly performance on larger small game. Again with accuracy.

Stopped from taking one of our pups .... acu’rzred 22RF will do this.

THE ACU’RZR: This patent pending tool and it’s forming rods was invented by Paco Kelly in 1997 and upgraded many times, the current latest upgrade was in 2008.

Paco was voted SHOOTIST OF THE YEAR in 2005 by the Shootist Organization. And then given the INNOVATORS AWARD in 2008 for his outstanding contributions to the shooting industry...This organization is made up of shooting industry members, national gun writers, editors, and top shooters from all over the United States....

This newly upgraded ACU’RZR tool changes the face of target shooting and hunting with 22 rimfire firearms and ammunition. By changing the nose shape and making the bullet perfectly round, in a diameter that best serves the firearm used... some brands of inexpensive 22 rimfire ammo suddenly shoot like very expensive target ammo. But added to the Acu’rzed 22 rf ammo’s accuracy, is it’s deadly potential on small game animals, varmints, vermin, and pests.

Paco kept the cost of this tool at same rate for the last three years. Even with the increasing cost of shipping and handling.. and with the past four insane increases in the cost of quality brass, which the tool is manufactured from.

In January of 2006 brass cost less that $90 a rodbar. In August of 2006 Paco paid over $600.00 for three bars! In 2008 the same rods cost $1000. And the price has increased again since then, forcing him to increase the price of the tool. Even with that, he is keeping the increase moderate and changing the tool’s design line to offer the buyer better looking and better functioning tools. All tools are now his patent pending designs in deluxe style machining... and a number of new offerings.

Two new tools are replacing the three old designs.

FRONT TOOL IS THE RimCheck
BACK ROW HEAVY 22 L.R. ACU’RZR #3/..22 SHORT ACU’RZR/ LIGHT BODY.. NEW #3....

The #1 and #2 tools are being combined into the new Range Delux Acu’rzr #3 This is the light body tool, with all three standard forming rods that make the NastiNose, CupNose, and Scorp’n Nose shapes. This tool has a new highly developed cosmetic look, and extremely closer tolerances for better accuracy and performance. The Range Delux Acu’rzr #3 is $68.00 with postage and handling. With the three forming rods, new tolerances and deluxe cosmetic design ...Can be custom chambered for any firearms. Paco needs to know the primary guns....

RANGE DELUX # 3

Range Delux Acu'rzr #3

The 22 SS (SuperShorts) Acu’rzr Deluxe is for 22 rimfire shorts. This small tool finally gives the 22 short shooter the accuracy from some brands of inexpensive 22 rimfire shorts that has been missing all these years, it comes with all three forming rods.... $59 with postage and handling.

THE NEW #3 ACU’RZR.

The long rifle Delux #3 Acu’rzrs when used to size rimfire short ammo, sizes the base half of the bullet to the size of the cartridge case. Because the 22 RF Shorts are too short for the bullet to reach into the head of the longer tools’ chambers, to be properly sized and formed correctly. Sometimes when formed in the full sized tools, and used in firearms with sloppy chambers the RF Short ammo will improve in accuracy, but most times in tight chambers or autoloader chambers they won’t cycle well at all.

The RimCheck is an inexpensive but positive way to check the rim thickness on 22 rimfire ammo. Benchrest 22 rimfire shooters have known a secret for years... measure the rim thickness of a all the ammo in a box of 22 rimfire ammo... and separate them into rim thickness groups and accuracy improves... because priming compound reacts differently (rimfire or center fire), to different striking pressure... the thickness on the rimfire’s rim, if different on otherwise two of the same rounds from the same box, will give different pressures which means different velocities and larger groups. It might be a small change but it could mean the difference of first place or last place, when firing a number of rounds for score. This simple tool is for all 22 rimfires is substantially cheaper than the national brands... $39 with postage and handling.  A 17 hmr or 22 rimfire magnum tool is also the same price.

Special New Forming rods: Paco has been asked a number of times to make up special forming rods for very tight chambers. Chambers that will not chamber most hollow point and blunt nose commercial 22 RF rounds... including the Acu’rzr series. So he has designed three new forming rods just for these tight chambered guns...

The Maxi-Cup Nose rod.. The Maxi-Cup Nose rod forms a cup nose and gives accuracy to inexpensive ammo, because it keeps the rounded nose shape. Cuts clean holes in paper, perfect squirrel bullet.

 REFORMED MAXI CUP NOSE

The Maxi Nasti Nose H.P. This hollow pointing rod... for those that want absolutely instant expansion on small animals and pests... this even gets CB Caps, longs and Aquila Super Colibrí  caps and SSS Aquila and others to expand... as well as standard and high/hyper velocity long rifle ammo, plus it is made in a design for tight chambered 22 RF firearms. This rod gives a deep cup-coned hollow pointed nose, while keeping the rounded outside bullet shape for perfect cycling, especially in autoloaders and leverguns.....

 MAXI NASTI NOSE HOLLOW POINT...

The Maxi-Scorp’n rod ...this design is for very fast expansion, yet still getting good deep penetration... works with CB Caps and SubSonic rimfires very well. .... Paco will make them for the SuperShort Acu’rzr Tool also.

The new 2008/9 innovation tools

For those folks that have a number of 22 rimfire firearms and are looking for the best accuracy in each Paco invented the NEW PHASE FOUR ACU'RZR. This ACU’RZR Has two channels with four different chambering diameters... usually cut for .222/.223/.224/.225 (can be custom cut for target barrels and euro barrels) which gives target accuracy in 95% of all firearms....with all three MAXI rods. It is $79 with postage and handling......

NEW PHASE FOUR
with four diameter chambers

AND FOR HIGH PRODUCTION OF ACU’RZR TWENTY-TWO RIMFIRE ROUNDS....TWO MORE NEW TOOLS.....

THE MAXPRO THREE AND THE MAXPRO FOUR ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE THREE AND FOUR RE-FORMED BULLETS AT ONE TIME. THEY CAN BE CHAMBERED FOR CUSTOM SIZES, BUT THE TWO SIZES BEST ARE .223 AND .224.........TOP AND BOTTOM....

THE MAXPRO THREE and MAXPRO FOUR are chambered on the top and bottom of the tools like the other ACU’RZRs but the MAXPRO THREE makes three re-formed bullets of the same diameter each time. And as does the MAXPRO FOUR making four bullets of the same size at the same time....

Paco had to design a lathe forming tool to be able to make the MAXPRO series tools.

They of course come with all three re-forming rods....

MAXPRO THREE AND FOUR
high production tools....

The MAXPRO THREE is priced at $100 post paid... and the MAXPRO FOUR is priced at $128 post paid... both of these tools come in a neat small storage box. Both are chambered to produced maximum numbers of rounds quickly, in /223 and .224 diameters. But can be custom chambered for any diameter size from .221 to .226....
