Winchester Model 1892
(Model 92)
The Model 92 was designed to replace the Model 73 and was introduced in the same calibers that the '73 was made in. Later .25-20 WCF and .218 Bee were added to the lineup.
Short, fast, easy-handling, the Model 92 is a scaled-down Model 1886. It is so well-made, so functional and styled so well that many original guns still do service today. It is a popular one being copied by several companies outside the USA over the years.
Over a million were made by Winchester during it's 50-year production cycle.
